Everything went so smoothly! I was expecting to be there for an hour or so, between the wait time and the actual appointment, but I had a decent wait time and was very quickly in and out! Everyone was super friendly! Kate, the tech was very good about making me comfortable and keeping me aware of what we were looking at! I’m very pleased with my visit!
I like the "late" appointments and the staff is fairly nice, but I was rather surprised to find my co-pay with Touchstone is $75 more than any other facility. Why? Their X-ray hours are also a joke. They only do these certain days a week and only 3-4 hours on those days. After that, good luck getting your report in "3-5" business days. That never happens. If money is an issue, which it is for most everyone, I'd go to a different facility even if it requires you to miss work.
Touchstone Imaging is great for the Yukon, Oklahoma area. They are quick, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, and very clean. Pre-checkin online gives you the opportunity to get the “paperwork” done prior to your appointment time and you can get it done in the comfort of your home instead of having to fill out forms in the office that quite frankly, can take a while in some offices. Theirs, did not. It is quick and easy to read and understand. In addition, the patient care is wonderful. Ashley was so sweet to me when I was oh, so sick. I would recommend going to Touchstone Imaging for all of your patient care needs.
I was very pleased to find that I could get a MRI without having to go to a hospital complex. The appointment was easy to schedule, no long wait time before the procedure. The staff was friendly and competent. I will recommend this business.
Touchstone was very helpful and informative before my appointment. When I arrived I got helped immediately and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. Kate was a ray of sunshine during my ultrasound. 10/10 would recommend!!
I wouldn't waste my time with them. My doctor sent them orders 4 months ago and I never heard from them to schedule my MRI to check for brain aneurysm. My aunt's doctor sent orders 3 weeks ago for a CT that he deemed important enough he really wanted them done by the end of that week. Again, we never heard from them and no on bothered to answer the phone the several times I called. Pathetic behavior from any medical practice! I had aunt's doc send the orders to Touchstone in Edmond and they called within 20 minutes to get her scheduled. Great staff in EDMOND. Yukon staff should be fired and the office restaffed, from the bottom to the top.
This place is Great! It's always smooth and quick. You check in and they don't make you wait forever, the technologists doing the tests are always very nice and explain everything well. That gives me more confidence that they know what they are doing it and what the purpose of it is. Thanks Touchstone!
If you need imaging done you will not find a better place! We always request Touchtone in Yukon! They have the nicest people - are always on time and the doctors are always happy with their images! There were so many times before them I went - waiting and waiting - once for forty five minutes when I was the first appointment! You can count on that never happening at Touchtone! I went Sunday again - waited less than five minutes for my appointment! I refuse to go anywhere else!! Plus, like I said their people are outstanding!! I give them the highest recommendation possible!
Professional, courteous staff that communicates well and prepares you for your appointment. Bradi made the MRI less harrowing; she was very compassionate, approachable and thorough. Her attention to detail and ability to put me at ease is unparalleled.
