All the people involved were professional and prompt in communication. Gary did an awesome job in tearing up the old floor, moving some items and getting the new floor done in one day. Most greatly appreciated was how well Gary cleaned up the job site! Very happy here.

We recently had a skylight leak and our insurance company referred us to ServiceMaster to clean up the water damage and prepare the site for drywall repair and painting. ServiceMaster did a great job with the cleanup. Beyond that, they answered all our questions and explained every step of not only the cleanup process but also how they worked with the insurance company. In summary, they are very professional, do excellent work, and are very easy to work with.

Jason Zack from Servicemaster was amazing. Walked me through everything that he was doing and was probably the best communicator of what was happening that is out there, answering texts at all hours of the day, even on weekends. Wish all businesses had that type of commitment to customer service! Thank you Jason and Servicemaster!

A brief review of ServiceMaster of Seattle:
Water damage cleanup and technician's knowledge lived up to their name...ServiceMaster. I'd change their name to Superior ServiceMaster.
The in-house staff via phone, the schedulers and onsite supervisor were very professional, fast and efficient. We'd recommend this company to anyone concerning cleanup reliability.
