We had water damage in our Kailua condo and Billy with SERVPRO was on top of everything!  He help navigate the insurance, communicated with the tenants, and scheduled the cleanup and repairs to minimize the impacts on our tenants.  Incredible service!

Randall and Heather were just awesome!  They were very punctual.  I couldn’t believe they completed all that work in such a short amount of time!  They were very neat in packing and taking everything away.  They were very specific with their directions and even gave helpful hints.  I would without a doubt hire them again instantly!
