Very unprofessional staffs. My home had a major water damage in early December. The first response was great although they came an hour late. After that it was only talking without an action - people didnt show up at all and I had to literally beg them to come ("We are very busy" is literally what they told me.) Why take a job when they can't handle? It took two weeks to get the mitigation started and that happened only because I escalated it to Sean, VP, who did the wonderful job getting lining up people during the holiday season. However, they didn't do a good job with stabilizing the granite top and caused it to crack. They fixed it but it took another two weeks and I had to call Sean again. Only reason I gave two stars was because of Sean. Otherwise, I wish there is no star in the rate as it was nightmare to deal with them.

Leslie's staff could not be more professional and courteous! they did the job they were hired to do with great professionalism and would definitely work with them again!
