Two small rooms in my basement flooded with less than an inch of water on the floor. Techs that came out were nice younger guys, however they didn’t finish the job or seem eager to do the work. Instead they wanted to up charge me to move the furniture a bed to get the water off the floor, as well as demolition to tear up my floor. For just water extraction of two small rooms was $500 and they didn’t even finish the job. There was still tons of water left and they only worked for less than an hour and I was charged for 3 rooms. After disputing the charge, I was immediately faced with resistance and threatened with a lien on my property if we did not pay by end of day. This company is overpriced, predatory and I would never hire them again as there are plenty of better, hardworking, and cheaper options in the Cobb county area.

Servpro did an excellent job of quickly responding to our phone call and showing up quickly to attend to our water mishap. They took control of the situation and resolved it in a professional and timely fashion. Austin did the work for us. He was very polite and professional and worked hard to ensure that the problem was solved and that we were satisfied with the results. I appreciated his work ethic and the fact he put on paper booties over his boots! I highly recommend ServPro!

Terrible experience. I received a bill for $600 for removal of a baseboard and two days use of a dehumidifier and two air movers. I had to call their office to remind them to check on and pick up the equipment. Was charged for 3 full days of equipment use and overcharged for equipment setup/takedown labor. They charged for 1.5 hours and the worker was only here for 20 minutes. Additionally, their crew disposed of my baseboard after I specifically told them I want to keep it. I have called their office multiple times to dispute the bill - they keep telling me someone from "upper management" will call me back, but I have not received any communication.

Brian came out to my home Friday Jan. 26. Very professional and straight to the point. Did NOT try to over sell us with us being in dire need of service. Consulted me on what he felt we needed to get the job done and that's all I can ask for. Our basement flooded from the rain and he was outstanding. Thanks again for Brain and Servpro to come through in a pinch!!

Last year I experienced an issue with frozen pipes in the kitchen and I used Servpro. This year, all of my pipes burst in the attic and the first people I knew to call was, Servpro. They came out right away ready to get started! The only issue I had, was dealing with insurance. That itself is stressful making sure everyone is on the same page. In the middle of the process I became upset, and being under stress I wasn't the most pleasant. I didn't feel like I was communicating clearly to the team for what I wanted done. When I called the office, they sent Dustin Williams out and he heard me loud and clear! He came immediately out to the house, heard my concerns and validated my feelings. He explained in more detail for me to understand what I had been asking. He had his team come out right away to take care of what I needed and followed up the next day with another process to ensure I was a happy customer. He is the professional but I was still questioning if there was possible mold. To help me feel at ease as a homeowner coming back into my home, he graciously cut open the drywall so I could visually see the insulation and drywall.... I then apologized, because the professional was right, but he was very kind in making me feel justified for questioning it and letting me feel reassured there was no issue. He offered to go in more areas of the house for me, as well as provided me with his direct number if I had any issues. If I call Servpro again, Dustin is the man I will ask for! Also, I was admiring the tool he was using and I inquired about it so I could look into purchasing one.... he said it was brand new and gave it to me! If you call Servpro you might get to walk away with a new tool too!!! ; *no guarantee- lol but besides that, the comfortability and genuineness is what I really appreciate. I will be letting others I know, to contact Servpro and ask for Dustin Williams to be the man on top of the job as your production manager. You won't regret it!!! Seriously, some of the guys were frustrating me and putting a bad taste in my mouth- Dustin's presence and assertiveness is exactly what I needed to relieve my anxiety. Lastly, I mentioned the dumpster getting full, he called and had them come and pick it up that day, asap!

Horrible is the only way to describe this location. Hot water tank goes out and we call who we thought was the pros. Only for two young adults to come out and short cut everything. Not enough sheet rock cut out initially by them. As contractor is trying to repair afterwards more water damage is found which means they did not inspect properly. Had to call out again, which means the fans are back and delays the entire project. They take minimal photos and are basically hurting any chance of your claim being taken care of. Do yourself a favor and avoid using this place.

I called and asked for a quote. I was asked information about the insurance but never a quote. The tech made slits in four walls, for whatever reason. I was told since they didn't charge me to make the slits, they wouldn't repair them. I was charged $931.48 for bringing a dehumidifer to my home, picking it up you get charged for set-up and breakdown twice, and treatment of the walls which the tech didn't do. The company is greedy for insurance money. They are awful. I had to give the one star because I would give none.
