Cleanup was good but it's been 2 weeks and they still have not uploaded their mitigation documents to my insurance company and therefore I cannot get paid for the repairs I've made. It's my understanding this process should take a day or two. Logan keeps telling me and my insurer to expect them the next day but it doesn't happen. Cannot recommend them if you are depending on your insurance company to proceed with the repairs or reimburse you if you've already done them.Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair
