They were amazing!  A tree fell on our garage at 5pm on a Saturday. A person was there at 7. In the dark and rain he worked tirelessly to tarp the holes in our roof preventing water damageService:&nbsp;Roofing

Cleanup was good but it's been 2 weeks and they still have not uploaded their mitigation documents to my insurance company and therefore I cannot get paid for the repairs I've made.  It's my understanding this process should take a day or two.  Logan keeps telling me and my insurer to expect them the next day but it doesn't happen.  Cannot recommend them if you are depending on your insurance company to proceed with the repairs or reimburse you if you've already done them.Service:&nbsp;Water damage-related cleanup &amp; repair

ServPro employees are nice enough, however their business model prioritizes recommendations from insurance companies over ethical performance to the actual customers.
