As a relatively handy homeowner, I was not impressed with their work. They were a bit pushy at the beginning to start work without first giving me estimates on costs and timeline. It took them two weeks to finally clear out my 600sqft basement which flooded. When people came over to work, they used my master bathroom and left it a mess. Each time they said they had finished clearing out contaminated items, I kept pointing out stuff they missed. I felt stressed during the process because they were not courteous of my property. For the $6,400 they charged, it was a total rip off.

Would have given them no stars if it was allowed. This company is not only unprofessional at all levels of service, but I believe they purposely over-charge and refuse to contact you if you have questions or concerns.

Servpro went above and beyond for this job. My friends were out of town for a motorcycle rally. Servpro actually saved our home by prompt service and follow-up. If Servpro had not responded so quickly I believe we would have had major repair costs to our kitchen and upstairs area. Because they responded so fast, they were able to prevent considerable damage to the upstairs bedroom and closet, the area by the washer & dryer and the kitchen ceiling. I am so thankful that they handled it so well. I would be happy to provide a recommendation if you ever need one! Thank you Servpro.
