As a relatively handy homeowner, I was not impressed with their work. They were a bit pushy at the beginning to start work without first giving me estimates on costs and timeline. It took them two weeks to finally clear out my 600sqft basement which flooded. When people came over to work, they used my master bathroom and left it a mess. Each time they said they had finished clearing out contaminated items, I kept pointing out stuff they missed. I felt stressed during the process because they were not courteous of my property. For the $6,400 they charged, it was a total rip off.

If you want it to look like it never happened and that feels like home again don't call these people. These people have been doing asbestos work in my apartment building for a couple weeks now and every day the mess left behind gets worse. I asked one lady to sweep afterward and two days later they composed a small pile maybe 5% of the debris left behind and didn't even throw it away, it's still sitting in the floor. So unprofessional.

I am in the middle of a new construction project with the framing sitting under the snow and rain all winter with no roof. Needless to say I found mold growing in several areas throughout the house, upstairs and down. My GC called ServPro to remediate my mold problem - what an absolute joke! Acted as if I was wasting his time, rolling his eyes at me, telling me that the mold wasn't a big deal. "As long as it stays dry you'll be ok." Are you kidding me! I asked him if I could show him the spots that I was aware of and if he could do a thorough inspection of the rest of the house - after more eye rolling he says "yeah, I guess....if that's what you want..." When I saw them spraying I noticed that they wore no personal protection and no breathing masks. I asked what it was they were spraying and he said it was an anti microbial solution similar to what you can get at Home Depot. Don't waste your time or money with these guys! Find someone else that knows what they are doing or at least have employees with good customer service.

I was so disappointed when I contacted Servpro of South/ West Spokane for some help with mold in my home. Giving them a 1 star is a improvement for what they really deserve. The technicians were not on time, they did a very messy job, the odor from the mold was still very present in my home. They failed to clean up after the job and the price I was quoted on the phone was not what they gave me when they came out to the home. If I could do it all over again, they would be the last company I would call. I hope noone has to ever experience what I had to experience.

Hires tweakers and tried to pull some shady business moves on me. Don't trust!
