Session 73

Great bar with live band and even karaoke! Came here for a party and was pleasantly surprised with good service. The food we ordered was pretty good but definitely not healthy. Chicken fingers are delicious, especially because of the mustard they come with! The bartenders tend to remember what your drink was and are quick to give you a refill as you approach the bar. The band is really good and will play the song on the stage as you and your friends try to yell out the words in the microphone in an attempt to produce a famous song during the karaoke night. Overall, good experience!

Love that they are now a Michigan bar!! Great prices, friendly staff. Nights/weekends are also a good time with live music. The food is OK, I think could be a bit better. Other than that, great!!

Not a bad spot for live music, drink prices aren't bad at all. Sometimes the bands are a bit hit or miss though, and they usually all play the same setlists which is fine if they can kill it, and honestly kind of funny too if you go there multiple times. Band this past Saturday was a bit rough though... singer was absolutely hammered and the band sounded real sloppy. That isn't a normal occurrence though!

It reminds me of a good college bar. It has lots of space and the furniture isn't too nice so you feel comfortable. But the floors are a bit dirty and it can smell a bit too much like stale beer. GREAT for live bands.

Waitress was pleasant. Told about 15 minutes after being seated that a private event was about to happen & they were closed to the public. Should've been informed before being seated. Had to take food to go. Very limited menu. Won't be returning.

This was a class reunion get together. Bar is an average place in NYC. Drinks were well made. They were going to have live music but took too long to set and we ended up leaving

Found this guy on Yelp and I was a little hesitant having some stranger plan my bday party . But that is not at all the case. He was able to accommodate all my guests and made sure everyone was able to get in no problem. Seriously, he makes sure you have a great time like you're one of his friends! I also appreciated his professionalism and how he constantly followed up with me as needed. Sound Nightclub was fun, fun, fun! I was surround by good company, good music, and good vibes. All around a great night. Thanks Session 73!! : lets party again sometime soon!

Great vibe, love the live music ... unfortunately had a bartender call me out on a cash tip I left after ordering beer. If you're a professional server/bartender its in pretty poor taste to tell a customer to their face your dissatisfaction with the tip on service. Left a poor taste in my mouth, unfortunate circumstance given a high quality atmosphere

Great place to hang out and rock out to various coer bands, learn salsa on Mondays and chat with the bartenders. BTW Halloween weekend is usually a blast and this year was the bomb! Marathon Sunday should be just as good all day with quality football on too

There's an older crowd here and that helps with the experience. No college kid rowdiness and solid drinks at typical Manhattan prices. The live bands are often exceptional.
