I used love this place, I would reschedule anything just to make sure I could make it to any appointment I’ve made in the past. Unfortunately I am now looking for another salon to get my services. These ladies are now unorganized and a bit rude. Chatter needs to tone down, since you are right in my face. Anyways I usually spend $14-25 with tip enclosed just for threading eyebrow + lip now I pay 13 with tip for my eyebrows to get waxed and I bought an amazing gadget for $30 and that take care of my upper lip. The owner is attentive and and super polite and both Shova’s continue going strong. I trust things will be better.

The workers are wonderful and have great customer service skills. But the owner Isabella is awful. She is very fake and just money hungry. Her customer service skills are horrible. The way she approaches her employees is very condescending. She very clearly thinks she is better than her employees. Due to this, it made the environment very uncomfortable. Which is the complete opposite of how a salon should make you feel. Overall, it was a disappointment.

I bought my wife a gift certificate for a spa day. She had facial and lashes, came home very happy with everything. Says is best gift she's received. I recommend and will certainly use them again. I know my wife will.

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here. I only ever get my eyebrows threaded here since I live in Chelsea or Boston threading downtown. Always clean, always neat and I love my brows as well as fairly priced services

Always super busy. Best suggestion make an appointment online. Because their walk in line is always long. I have been having my brows shaped their for over a year and I have been satisfied with Shova T every time. They offer other services i have not had any done..

They left my eyebrows extremely uneven. One was thinner and higher, the other was lower and thicker and shorter at the end. The person threading my brows didn’t notice anything wrong with them. I came here many times with no issue, but after that last experience I may rethink coming back here.

My 5 stars are for Gita ! The very first time I went in was the first time I'd had my eyebrows done in months, just had a baby, and needed HELP. I use to get my eyelashes done in Boston and had moved back to Lynn a year ago. She always does a DOPE job I trust that woman lol I forget this one girls name but she messed my eyebrows up horribly but she was a newbie and I can laugh about it now but never again . Gita also does my lashes ALL the time I go every two weeks.

They messed up my eye brow. Then pretended they didn’t that it was like that. Other customers told them they were wrong that they did messed up my eyebrow. But originally they were not taking responsibility. They just want to fill their chairs and hurry up. At the end all I got was an “ oh well, there’s not else we can do”
