rude and abrasive staff. 2 words - Sterling Liquor. I know 5th ave is scary, but these folks are nice and helpful.
I like this ship because there is bigger variety of wines. I was surprised to see they still had my name in their system from years ago. I got a cute little canvas bag for carrying my wine from now on. I also noticed they have quite a few bourbon / whiskey brands.
