Seviche A Latin Restaurant

First time eating here and they exceeded all expectations. Great ambiance, terrific wine and spirits selection, nearly unmatched service my water glass never fell below half full before it was topped off. Our table was so impressed we felt compelled to separately tip the gentleman refilling water $20 and everything we ordered was superb in both quality and execution. I'll be making it a point to come here again the next time I'm in town.

We ate dinner at Seviche last night for my fiancés birthday and it was phenomenal. Drinks, food, & service were all wonderful. We had the tuna tartare, skirt steak & swordfish special. Our server was Chris and he was kind & quick to answer any of our questions. At the end of our dinner he brought us out his favorite dessert for my partner and wished her a happy birthday. We will definitely be back soon.

They offer a well crafted selection of items on their menu and pretty much everything I had tasted great. The Empanadas and Ahi Tuna are particularly great. It may not be a usual place to go to for a meal but its great for the special occasions you want to enjoy.

Always a great experience! The bartenders make the cocktail list themselves and they are all phenomenal. Management is super attentive. The Skirt steak is excellent and my sister really liked the veggie chimichanga. Highly recommend

Seviche is one of the best restaurants Louisville has to offer, and it’s been that way for years! Service is always great. The food is so special, even for this girl who doesn’t eat seafood — you can’t leave without getting the guacamole, made fresh and table side. Their steak is one of the best things on the menu, and they always have a couple great vegetarian options. We recommend this to people from out of town and the feedback is always great.

Editing my previous 4 star review to a 5 because although our server was a bit green, the service from the staff overall was so attentive. Especially the bus boy, water guy, and the runner — they were great. The food was delicious, although I really wanted more of the green spicy salsa for the mahi tacos, but our server never came back with it :. Anyway, the avocado dessert, the ahi tuna ceviche, and empanadas were really good. I’d be back for the food for sure!

We had a phenomenal dinner here last week. The staff were great, we wanted to be spaced out and where seated in a quiet room and practically felt like we had the place to ourselves. The food was fantastic, our waiter was awesome, the drinks were perfect!

One of the best meals I’ve had in a while. People have told me for years to check this place out, so I finally did. The ahi tuna and guacamole to start were outstanding. The skirt steak and mahi-mahi tacos were delicious as well. Good selection of drinks and a nice bar area. Outdoor seating if you’re into that. Highly recommend trying this place if you get the chance.

Avacado Ice cream was so good, and such a fun birthday presentation. We also enjoyed the scallops, Buffalo empanadas and the seafood soup special.

Dinner was both beautifully presented and delicious. I got the perfectly cooked scallops and substituted with broccoli, peppers and onions, which I’m regretting not taking a photo of to post. The cucumber water is a nice touch. Highly recommend the Tres Leches to end your meal. Our server was very friendly, prepared and professional. We loved her!
