Avoid this place like a cheap hooker. I ordered items on 12/20/17 The partial shipment was delivered 1/17/18 that's a LONG TIME to wait. I was told that some of the items were on back order. I contacted them again looking for my missing items and on 1/18/18 they told me that the remainder of my order would be shipping "next week" - well that didn't happen. On 2/9/18 I followed up because I still hadn't seen my items, and got no response. Contacted them AGAIN on 3/5/18 and finally threatened to report them to PayPal for non-delivery. They "claim" that they sent a refund. We will see. #skepticalhippo It was a total of 75 days since my initial order.
They supply zippers for my sewing business and I could not find a better price from the USA. Packages arrive timely and I could not be happier. Their monthly email coupons are also sweet. I highly recommend them as an online shopper!
Orders take forever. If they don't have it in stock, don't wait for back orders. Get a refund.
I hope they changed management
