It said the biggest one in the Midwest, and it wasn't as big as I thought it was going to be. Would go again tho, wasn't over priced. Sales tax is 8%

I love many things about this place. They always have the best VHS head cleaners for when you need to clean your tape heads. They have overwhelmingly massive selection of water pipes and other devices for tobacco and meditative herbs. The staff is generally positive and highly knowledgeable. Honestly with how many times I've seen "customers" show the staff, the store, and other customers a complete lack of any semblance of respect, I applaud how they handle most of the utterly terrible people who's only reasons for entering the store are to try and steal, to try and scam the employees or to beg for money from actual paying customers. There are a couple employees that always seem like they either don't care or would rather be anywhere else but there, and honestly I feel also feel bad for the rest of the staff who constantly have to pick up the slack for those few who seem to not care if there is a line of people piling up at the main cash register. Now the things I think could be better. They tend to have a lot of basically Chinese manufacturing garbage tier pricing products filling out much of the store rather than products built to last longer than it takes you to get home. Don't get me wrong they do carry some actual well manufactured products and even some not terribly made budget options too, but they should really try to be more socially responsible and work towards lowing their contribution to landfills seeing how we only have this planet to live on for the foreseeable future, and whr haven't been taking very good care of it for most of the time we have been able to comprehend the idea of life. Their complete lack of fox tail plugs is mystifying. Their lube selection is often criminally understocked. Their selection of lovense products is somewhat frustrating because they absolutely make more than just the lush 2 and lush 3 and their mobile app is far superior than that of what wevibe offers. Overall though all that considered the engaging, friendly and knowledgeable staff makes each of my visits there much more of a positive experience than not. You all have my respect and admiration.

Great customer service! They are always willing to help and NO SHAME is my mf game so I appreciated that. Everyone is so personable and give their true opinion, not like they're trying to sell you anything ya know? Hands down best place to go for ya THANGS ya know? ;

The Wally World of adult items. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, unmatchable selection, and open 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Lots of new products every time I walk into the place. You're going to love it.

Best selection around! They have a smokeshop too with anything you want to eat or smoke! I saw a new Cum and Go store there with menthol cigs and Ecigs as well!
