I requested a gift certificate, by email as instructed, on 4 separate occasions to give to an underprivileged child at Christmas and I never once received a reply. I would think that a business of their rating would offer that to a child. I will never visit due to their lack of professionalism!

We come here every year and have a blast... thank you shady lane Ranch for hosting the hay rack rides and bon fires.. staff is always nice

Large hayracks with a long route and a great view of the city about halfway through.
Nice, quiet place. One guy that works there, followed the tail end of the group younger kid, was super sweet and made sure to keep the group together. The horses seem well taken care of, the place was clean and well cared for. I was there 16 years ago, and again tonight and I enjoyed every bit of time there.
Our ride was great and the guides were fantastic. I would say definitely going back
