Went to this place for some new Glass. Upon returning home and removing the stickers I noticed a nice chunk of glass was missing from the piece. And scratches i called the store and they wouldn't do any refunds returns or discounts even if unused. Was not aware that there was damage hidden under stickers. Also wasn't aware you had to very closely inspect your piece before walking out door or you would be stuck with it. Piece quality has went down.

I love this place! Water pipes, incense, little figurines… whatever you like they probably have! All the staff is so sweet but Kennady really helped me out. I needed to find something for my brothers birthday and she knew exactly what I was looking for! All around a very great experience.

Amazing staff. Penny was very helpful. Gave me space to shop, but was ready when I had questions. She seemed knowledgeable about the products and had a very positive attitude. Recommend for all your vaping needs.

Kurtis with a K was pretty awesome. He helped my friend and I out a lot today. Anytime I come in to Shag, the staff is always the friendliest. I love walking in there and saying Hi. They always do a great job answering any questions you have. They have such great vibes and positive attitude.

such a cute shop! this shop has such a wide variety of product and the employees are always upbeat and willing to help! i never feel out of place or “out of the loop” when i’m shopping here! definitely my favorite place to shop!! :

Sam, I hope you read this! You're amazing. I called ahead. They didn't have what I needed. But, Sam went above and beyond to accommodate what I was needing. He checked other stores, knew exactly what I was looking for and looked around for me. Good people make a good store. This is a damn good store.

Merle Hay store capacity limits are ridiculous. They also won’t honor online pricing. We started driving out of our way to go to Merle Hay because the East University store is full of old stock, and bad advice. If/When you get back to normal, I will continue to do business elsewhere. I gave you a 2 star review because you had none, but I think I was being generous. No response to this review is needed as you couldn’t use any combination of words to get my business back. Thanks again.
