Shaka Bowl

Shaka is far superior to all the other acai bowl chains. They actually use good ingredients and do not load your meal with processed sugars. Everything is delicious here from smoothies to bowls to even tacos. Cannot recommend this place enough for a quick, healthy meal. Service is always quick and professional as well!

Got the Tiki Tacos with chicken and loved them . I thought price was fair and decent. The Waipio bowl with salmon not grilled was just ok it was missing seasoning / flavor so I added spicy sauce to it.

The food was tasteless. Hawai’i is my home and this was a disgrace to it. The owners are not native to the islands so the vibes feel appropriated to me. Not worth the high price. The staff was nice and the merch looks cool which is why I’m giving this 2 instead of 1 stars. This was a belated review from a few months ago. I think I got the chicken Shaka bowl or something like that, whatever one of the most popular savory items was - but I don’t see that on the menu now so I’m not sure if it’s removed.

Loved the food. Incase you are looking for a sumptuous vegan food..shaka bowl is amongst the tastiest of all. The house made menu, with so much customization options available is a welcome thought. I personally went for a Sunday brunch, and the experience was great.

Amazing vegetarian and vegan food , Being vegetarian it’s hard to find such a quality non Indian food. Jack fruit tacos are bomb - little-bit on sweeter side Shaka bowl - vegan version is better and fresh veggies stands out only thing is .. it’s little less intense in flavor compare to tacos , if you are not eating both at once then you won’t complain Cauliflower taco : I never seen such a testy cauliflower in my life , it’s mouth watering Smoothies are great and refreshing as well!! Nice , clean and big place to dine in !!!

Tacos looks pretty but taste ok. Bowls looked good though. Maybe I’ll give it a try next time. Price is fair

I am pretty confused by the bad reviews and comments on the staff. I have witnessed hardworking and kind staff who go above and beyond for customers. They are always helpful, courteous and the food is always amazing This is Hawaiian inspired fusion food. It is not 100% authentic Hawaiian food and that does not make it any less delicious. I love the blend of sweet, tangy and salty here. The tacos are like an explosion of flavor. I love how consistent the food is every time I come. The owners are also very nice. Shaka is one of my favorite lunch spots. Now lets work on some liquor or BYOB options please! Haha! :

I got a bad stomach ache after the tuna bowl, but the owner was super nice and emailed me a refund. She said the fish is fresh everyday and sometimes raw fish just doesn’t agree with people sometimes. instagram: emilyeatsat

Food was not worth 18 dollars. The staff looked very sad as if they were under intense labor. They seem to have new employers every week which is not a good sign.
