Shake Shack

A real burger!!! Such a different experience and burger from anything I've had before. You can actually taste the beef! And their buns are so soft, I was rubbing my face in it cause it was so pillowey.

I have never been to a shake shack before. The presentation wasn't anything impressive, but it was sooo good! The burger melts in your mouth. It's like 5 guys but better. The bun is super fresh and soft and the flavors are good. Crisp kle fries are good and the cheese sauce is mild but good with the fries. Oreo shake was really addictive. Overall great food and experience. It's a little more expensive then other places and they don't have combos.

The service is great and I finally got to try frozen custard!! So creamy and tasty, way better than ice cream. The other food items looked ok, we did not get any burgers...only all their choices of fries.

It's like the typical Shake Shack except this is a ghetto Shake Shack---no condiments available for food except ketchup. The cashier lied and stated thY there's ketchup and mustard next to the drink machine. The food was not hot at all. Since the food was cold and no condiments except ketchup for the hot dogs and employees who have no idea what you do and don't have earned you 1 star but you deserve 0 stars. This is the worst Shake Shack that I've been to in the entire country. Hopefully, the manager and district manager can work with staff. Hopefully, your location can afford to purchase some condiments soon. With the prices you charge, there's no reason you can't afford to purchase condiments. I don't recommend this location. Should you decide to come here anyway, stop at the Costco around the corner and purchase the Heinz pack that includes ketchup, mustard, and relish so you don't have to choke down your burger, hot dog, or sandwich.

While in Las Vegas, this location is a great, quick stop slightly North of the strip in the North Premium Outlets. Great choice for a well made burger and some delicious crinkle cut fries. It wouldn't be a proper stop without a shake either so I did try the chocolate pie shake and was not disappointed! Definitely a good stop for food while doing some shopping at a beautiful outdoor shopping center.

We ordered “the slapshot burger” on the right and smoke shack burger left and the cheese fries. It was awesome!! Actually, it is the first food that my husband liked in the US delicious! Quality meat, great flavors and the potato bread was the best! So juicy

The best burgers and fries I have ever has. Staff was very nice especially the young lady taking our order she truly showed she enjoyed her job and helping customers. I wish I would have gotten her name.

I loved the patties and the GF bun. My first time at Shake Shack. And I have not enjoyed a real Hamburger for 8 years because of GF allergy and could only eat protein style. Real American burger. Their bun is not like the other GF cardboard bun taste. The patties are juicy, and not thin like In and Out And the crew was so nice.

This place sells beer and wine along with burgers. I thought their crispy chicken burger was really good, but the wait time was long. Burger was pricy. It’s a fast food place but kind of is not a fast food place.

1st time at any shake shack Love the menu & the little uniqueness of it. I got the Bacon cheese burger with the fried shallots...my daughter the bacon cheeseburger, French fries look real good. Fountain drinks were good. Yes, I commented on the fountain drinks..LOL!! Vegetarian options: They have mushrooms and just tomatoes and lettuce and those who still eat cheese can get just a cheese sandwich. You can become a little creative if you want. Dietary restrictions: I saw a gluten-free symbol on the menu.
