Shake Shack

It was our first time trying Shake Shack. We placed online order for pickup. Waiting time was long, place was busy, they seemed to be understaffed. Food was not bad, a bit above average, we liked loaded French fries the most. I would say it didn't meet our expectations or we were hoping to get more tasteful food. I would suggest to add extra staff for busy nights like that.

Pretty clean and the service was good. The food is good. Well depends on what you get. I love the chicken burger. Food: 5/5

The food was very good and the staff was so nice as well : my order was ready within minutes. I gave 4 stars because it was sooo crowded but overall it’s a very good place :Food: 5/5

Was super dirty and food beyond mediocre. If I would have not been in other locations I would have thought I ended up in a low key food chain. There were also not enough numbers to pick for the in orders and than we had to figure out we had to pick up the food at the counter somehow.Food: 4/5

First time trying Shake Shack. Very clean & good food! Also location is great. George was the one who brought me my food, super sweet & great employee!!! Give this man a raise! We need more restaurant employees like him!Food: 5/5

Food is valuable. We tried the cheese fries, the oreo shake, and the mushroom burger, and they were all really good. The staff was really friendly and made sure we took our time leaving, even though it was closing time. They were much too polite. Undoubtedly returning

Regional management needs to come check this place out and assess customer service. Customers are forced to use the self-ordering stations. It was quite user-unfriendly and I couldn’t figure out why it was changing me an extra $9 for no reason. I asked a guy behind the counter and he told me I needed to figure it out. I then asked a girl who was on break; she is the reason I’m not giving this one star. The place was not very tidy. The burger was awesome, as I expected, but it took almost 30 minutes despite there only being a few people in the restaurant. The guys behind the counter were saying the F word very frequently and loudly horseplaying. A frat house environment. The shake came out after 10 minutes. It was okay. I won’t be back to this location.

Service was an automated kiosk. Even when it was ready they yelled out my number and left food on counter. The tables and sitting area was a neat setup but really needed to be cleaned. The food was ok. Nothing special. We had Korean fries and chicken sandwich , a maple shake, and a basic burger. To me the quantity was small for the 30 dollar bill... I used the center neutral bathroom which I thought was fabulous until I walked in and there was urine all over the floor in front of the toilet. Very disappointing.

Great service, great selection. Love the shack stack. Just wish packaging for to go was better. Like little box to protect it better.... I know it's heretical bur something like a big mac box or just fully wrapped would be nice. Just a suggestion Thank youFood: 4/5

I like Shake Shack, but this location is plagued with lots of incompetent staff. I've ordered from here multiple times via the app and when I arrived, 30 mins later my order isn't there. I've been told that the receipt machine was broken, they were backed up, they didn't get my order, and a variety of other excuses. If this was a one-time thing, I could understand, but every time I order from here there is always an issue.
