Shake Shack

Top notch food experience. Working through covid is no easy task but they are helpful, quick and efficient making your food ordering experience a great one.

Love the shack burger. Their fries are good too. I would say that shake shack is on top of the list when it comes to any fast food burger restaurants. Their prices are reasonable. They have dine in option which is nice.

It seems like this location is ran by all teenagers that have not been trained correctly. Ordering pick up here from any food service app is a nightmare. The workers bringing out your orders are rude and condescending. If you enjoy Shake shack then I recommend you go to another location. This is not it!

What's not to love about The Shack? I always feel good eating their meat because I know they were rated #1 for quality.

The girl at the kiosk when you walk in was extremely helpful,patient, and kind. The food was made promptly. They have a really efficient system in place to cater to customers whether it's delivery, takeout, or dine in while maintaining social distancing.

The best burgers in NYC hands down... And always great service .

The food was so freaking amazing especially the peanut butter milkshake! Service was fast before Covid but very slow during Covid. Understandable though. Shake Shack is definitely in my top 5 fast food chains.
