The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I really appreciated how comfortable they made me feel upon booking an appointment and the visit itself. Unfortunately, I was told that my kitten's exam price would include her vaccines, which is why I booked an appointment here. To my surprise, after the visit I had to pay an additional $120 for her vaccinations and feces test. I was not happy about that. However, aside from that the staff is wonderful, I just wish I wasn't charged an extra amount after I was told something else.

EXTREMELY RUDE. Do not go here they don’t treat the pets right. I called to make an appointment and she said try somewhere else and THEN PROCEEDS TO HANG UP ON ME. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Dr. Milo and his Staff are absolutely welcoming, professional and attentive. They handled both my pets; Dog and Cat with great care and concern. Decided to try a new Vet close to home, as I relocated; with this in mind- their service was not nearly close up to par, as I had previously experienced at Shakespeare. Going back to Dr. Milo and his team with excitement and joy. They truly provide excellent service and follow-up with my pets health. Thank you Shakespeare for caring!

the veterinarian is so good. he loves animals so much, he took care of my dog and my cat.a really nice guy to talk to and he tells you like it is. he doesn't sugarcoat things and he also is very respectful. the receptionist that work there are wonderful they do their best to try to get you in as soon as possible if there's a problem with one of your pets. and the prices are very very reasonable.

They're literally the best. That's all there is to it. Plus, add the fact that Dr. Milos is a genius. My doggo has been with them since he was a pup.

I always have a good experience here, but the front staff and vet techs really help improve our visits. My dogs, especially my boy, are pretty skittish in general. But my boy is so calm and comfortable around Kaylee the most, his first time with her he actually put out his paw to make her pet him!!! He has never done that with anyone else! We will continue to come here because of that

I've been bringing my fur babies here for almost ten years. The staff and Dr. Milos are phenomenal. Always so kind and helpful. Not to mention the fees are reasonable. I've had three bunnies and two cats, all of whom were successfully treated here. I highly recommend them!
