Shakey's Pizza Parlor

Always come here for the Brunch of Lunch. The Upland location has the best variety of food to choose from. From grilled chicken to BBQ chicken pizza to deep dish pizza all served fresh they almost never run out. As soon as one pizza is out, another is ready to be served. Customer service here is excellent, dining and restrooms are always clean. Very satisfied with this location. If you're looking for a pizza style buffet at a decent price, I recommend to come here.

This Shakey's is new and nice. The games are in great working order. Staff was friendly and sociable. The food was a bit better that most Shakey's I would say. $68 for drinks w beers family of 4. I would return

I haven't been to a Shakey's in 30 years or more. I didn't know they were still around. Pizza was good, not great. Round Table is definitely MUCH better. Store was too loud. Parents need to do their job in the games area, or the store maybe needs to supervise for them. We had to sit near entrance to get away from the worst of the noise. You know Shakey's, it's okay to ask some customers to leave.

We went with our soccer team after a game. There's nothing special here, but there is also nothing bad. I will say that the customer service was outstanding! The employees were nice and dutifully attended to the customers. It is a fine place for a group pizza.Food: 3/5

The food here is AMAZING and the vibe is super chill and happy. I always see kids have the best time here. My daughter keeps begging me to come here again and again its so good! The manager here is so nice and welcoming! The buffet is great! Definetly glad we came here. We haven't been here in about a year or two! We enjoyed our time here very much! Thank you Shakey's!! :

Took my office for lunch and we could not have been happier with the service. The manager and staff were so polite and attentive to everyone! Definitely exceptional great and delicious!

Usually love this place, but today was disappointing! Pizza didn't taste the same, mojos we're old/over cooked and the chicken was burnt! One of the workers, Lillian, was amazing. She took our chicken back and told them to give us new chicken and not burn it, so she provided amazing customer service. The restaurant itself was very stuffy and hot. We went so I could have a cheat meal before back on my regular eating plan and it was SOOOO disappointing.

We came on a very hot day. I asked about the AC and stated that they had just turned it on. The restaurant was so hot, we couldn't even enjoy the food, what a darn shame. I really wanted to enjoy it.

I have been enjoying Skakeys for 30 years and have always enjoyed the food and fun atmosphere. I have to say this Shakeys is the best I have experienced. The service is the best! They make the food the way it should be. The friendlies staff and they always make me feel important. Love love love this Shakeys!!
