I attended a open group meditation for my first time & it was quite empowering. The people hosting this event made me feel quite welcome. I am looking forward to attending a monthly orientation on the various programs offered.

Great community. Friendly people if you put in the effort to get to know them. Meditation is helpful. Monday night Sanga is a low key way to interact with others on a topic that is interesting.

A good place to go and meditate. They have a class once a month on the introduction to meditation practice. There is something going on here everyday.
