I really enjoy the experience of practising the various forms of yoga with all the different, but always brilliant teachers. I find this provides you with varied insights into the subtleties involved in practice. The surroundings are lovely, light & airy by day and peaceful later in the evening. I thoroughly recommend Shambhala studios for yoga and health as it's the best available in Leigh-on-sea.
