Shangri-La Day Spa

I got a gel manicure here and it's been 2 months and my nails are still cracking and breaking. My regular salon won't put anything more than polish on my nails because they got so damaged after 1 gel manicure here. It's a really convenient location and they're pretty quick, but it so wasn't worth it! I've never had any issues with my nails before I went to this place. I'm also pretty sure I saw swastika tiles at the bottom of the wall next to the manicure stations...I didn't want to look too conspicuously because it freaked me out. The staff was lovely though!

This is the second time I have gotten a pedicure here. The people are very kind and the environment is relaxing. The spa pedicure is thorough and the 10 minute massage that is included is worth the upgrade. I will continue to come back!

Wonderful people, very accomodating, great atmosphere. But I went in for a gel fill-in and less than 2 days later one nail came off. I went back and they fixed it free of charge (wouldn't even let me tip), but then another 3 days later a different nail fell off, and the one they already replaced is starting to lift as well. So now I have to go into work with a missing nail because I couldn't get it fixed in time. I might go back for something simpler, but probably not for a fill in.

Waited 45 min for service after we had booked an appointment and ended up having to leave. Wanted to try it bc it has extra services. Just know that “5 minutes” does not actually mean “5 minutes” (or 10 or 20 or 30...)
