Loved how intimate this venue is!! Great sound and easy to see from anywhere. Quick bar service. Hope to return for another concert here - awesome place!
Always a great time at this East side music venue! We went to see our dear friend Steve Ziel play for the first time in 2+ years. He opened for the lovelies! We had a couple beers. Covid vaccine required, which made us feel a little better about live music.
A wonderful venue. The sound is top notch and the view of the stage is great from anywhere you are seated. I saw Hilbilly Casino there, it was a fantastic experience. Thank you Shank Hall for a great night.
Have seen so many great shows there over the past 30 years. Shank will always be special and filled with great memories. Good sound and sight lines. Compared to the awful Rave and their $9 beers, the $6 tall boys are reasonably priced. Long live Shank Hall!
Very small venue with numerous tables and chairs. Friendly staff. No public wifi. No food sales except for chips. $8/beer. Would for sure go back and if you go, stay at the County Claire Inn!
Shank Hall is a Milwaukee institution. Great place to see your favorite band play in front of a small crowd with great bar service, and excellent house sound.
The only complaint I would have is ,I have been to the Shank at least 10 times and every time getting drinks at the bar seems like pulling teeth. The one bartender is always great and on top of things the other one seems like she doesn't even want to be there . Love the shows there and will continue to go because the bar takes a back seat to the music for me.
We saw Samantha fish at Shank Hall last night, great little venue, I would describe it as a "up close and personal" type place great drinks at a fair price.
Great customer service from Shelby! Shank Hall is intimate -- like seeing a concert in your friend's super cool basement.
Saw the Milwaukee Comedy Festival, it was a great show well worth the price of Admission. Shank Hall never disappoints, very friendly staff and very well run. I will go back again many, many times. Took the Hop to Burns Commons and it was just a block walk to the club.
