Today would have been my 3rd appointment at She Brows for threading & waxing, but as usual, no one was in the shop upon my arrival. Normally, I call or text & Sheenam is running late, but not far away. I have been able to wait in the shop next door & another time went across the street to the nail salon to get started on gel removal while I wait for Sheenam. This time, she's on holiday & assured me at my last appointment that she found a good person to cover appointments while she's away. I received the appointment reminders & I confirmed my appointment. I called upon arrival & couldn't hear the person on the other end, but explained that I had an appointment this morning & was outside. I was early, so I waited in the car, which was a few paces away, until my appointment time. The door was still locked & when I called again, no one answered. I hung around for a few more minutes, then left. I really wanted to like this place & support a local woman-owned business in the neighborhood, but the constant lateness & what I experienced today is too much for me to book again. My brows always look nice afterwards & Sheenam is so kind/ nice to talk to, but I can do my own brows at home or pay almost half the price at other shops in Center City. I spend money on beauty services as a treat to myself. It's hard to feel like I'm treating myself while waiting outside in the cold on Baltimore Avenue for my appointment to start. I won't be back.

I had a wonderful experience at She Brows and Beauty. Sheenam beautifully designed my eyebrows and provided a great service. I also took advantage of a pre-Valentine's day promotion that she was providing. Would definitely recommend!

Very professional atmosphere with great service. I would recommend her service to anyone looking to enhance there natural beauty. Sheenam henna/mehndi designs were a sweet party favorite as well. Everyone loved their designs.

Free hand style with Henna was really good. The eyebrow tint wasn't as dark as I expected. Her threading techniques was good.
