I was recommended to this company for hair bundles. The bundles had lice eggs in them which gave me lice in my weave and hair and also an inflamed scalp. Yes I was refunded but I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. Please please check the hair if you buy from this company
I brought 3 bundles and a closure and it was TERRIBLE. They're using covid to sale people terrible hair and not have to fix it. I know have to spend another 600.00 on hair because i can't use this hair. It sheds like crazy, it tangles immediately and brought the Peruvian because i was told that was their best hair. They don't reply back to emails or concerns. Once the sale is done they're done. This is bold business and I'll never refer them. I'
My initial purchase was ok once installed. My beautician was concerned when she saw. Felt I had better quality in the past. It last a couple of months. So I returned and purchased more but this time it was absolutely horrible. Despite following the directions regarding the care. It was shedding and dry. Very very disheartening.
Hi . I purchased a 500$ wig from you guys and I’m so disappointed in the wig. It’s is not the same quality as your bundle. The hair is shedding and is really frizzy. I only wore it to a photo shoot so I have been wear it long enough for anything to be my fault. To be clear I just purchased it and wore it for one day. I’m not happy with my wig at all. I should’ve just purchased the bundles and made a wig myself. I love you guys bundles but this wig is a no. I have used the closure and bundles I have yet hope they are bad too. Ugh doesn’t have that corn chip smell so it ain’t the old hair. Omg

It was a fast experience. I showed the sales associate a picture and asked her what hair to use and what length I should get. She was very helpful and the hair was uber soft. I've bought hair from them before. Dye it a nice grey ombre. I experienced great customer service both times.
BEWARE! I never leave reviews but I don't want others to waste their money. There are a lot of 5 star reviews because they ask you to give a review in store for a free t shirt. Customer service was great hair is TRASH! I use to get hair from them before they closed down due to the pandemic and it was good but now the hair sheds, it's nappy, and tangles. For the price you are going to spend on hair you deserve quality and this ain't it. GO ELSE WHERE! It will be good that initial hair install and that's it. Please bring your hair quality back or lower your prices.

I was a huge advocate for this hair in 2016/17 &18… however I must be honest the quality of the deep body wave hair I purchased was very disappointing, misleading and disheartening. First 4 days my hair was soft, silky and bouncy… by the next week I couldn’t comb through it and flat ironing it gave it a burnt look at the tips. Very tangled and frizzy… Always rooted for Carlos and the crew because customer service is bomb plus I knew of this product prior to the grand opening in Detroit… I think there is a distinct difference in quality with the deep wave and straight hair. I’d recommend straight hair only… less volume but less frizz and frustration.
