Story

Cutting straight hair is easy but cutting and styling curly locks take special skill. If you have curly hair, you have probably had your share of bad haircuts from stylist who didn't understand the technique and challenges of making curl look gorgeous. Being a Deva Certified Stylist and who was part of the curly team at Aura Hair Studio , I can teach you how to nourish,hydrate and maintain those locks. I will start by cutting hair dry which will allow me to see how each individual curl will react when it is released from weight. This allows me to carve the curl to create an amazing shape for the face. When the hair is cut wet, I cannot see how much the curl will spring up, but when it is dry it takes the guess work out and you will see it in action. Then you will be shown the simple 3 step plan. Cleanse, hydrate, and define. No matter your curl type: Swavy, Wavy, Botticelli, or Corkscrew, doing the Deva 3-step guarantees naturally gorgeous and frizz free, manageable curls.
