first time eating Ethiopian food the lentils were delicious the spices were perfect all the food was cooked to perfection. The lamb was delicious. I enjoyed drinking the Ethiopian beers. The ambiance of the place was charming and the server was very helpful and everything could not have been better.

Wonderful food and atmosphere. The customer service is excellent. Order the vegetarian combo platter to be able to try everything. I loved it.

Great Ethiopian restaurant, authentic food. Portions are a tiny tad too small but enough if you don’t eat too much. Will be back when it reopens.

We were in the area and went there attracted by the 5 star review. The food is DELICIOUS and not expensive I had the vegetarian sampler. It is all made fresh so don't go there if you are in a rush. The waiter is super friendly and gives really good recommendations. I will go back again for sure. It is absolutely worth 5 stars.

Excellent food, amazing service! Tried the kitfo, doro wat, and veggie + rice on three different occasions, all were great.

This is quite possibly the best food I've ever had. The atmosphere is nice and the guy has a very grandfatherly and friendly vibe. I love this place!!! The spices and and everything were amazing and the location is super convenient.

This is my favorite Ethiopian place in DC. I'd post a picture but it would be of a completely empty plate. The hospitality is great, the restaurant is extremely clean and the food is so flavorful and delicious. Treat yourself to a fantastic meal and come here!
