Sheila Kelley S Factor

S Factor is a different type of pole experience. It is focused on slow, sensual, expressive movement which can actually be more difficult as it requires finer motor control and balanced use of muscles. It's a great way to ease into pole as a beginner. I frequent this location as well as a certain other pole studio which is focused on muscle building and has a more gymnastics-like approach. The latter is great for bulk and technique, but the former is in a league of it's own when it comes to connecting with your body and learning how to move with emotion. I also wanted to add due to other commentors I assure you all teachers here incredibly capable regardless of how you perceive them. You can't judge the capability of a teacher based off their size, and I'm sure most of these women could carry me with ease. In fact I've been around long enough to see all of them execute advanced tricks.

They don't even deserve a star! I had a "pleasure" dealing with this establishment three times. One to reschedule, second to fill out the paperwork to attend the class, and on the third time, the receptionist wasn't even aware of me being registered. While we were having back and forth, the instructor came out to see what's going on. Honestly, she didn't look like someone who could teach pole. Or in my ideal world, I picture them being muscular or at least on the athletic side. It doesn't worth the hustle after somewhat mediocre intro class like someone mentioned; to start paying $70 for a week. It might worth if someone from the competing world teaches, but honestly, "professionalism" doesn't belong there.

Warm and inviting. The BEST place to release negative emotions that have you blocked from Freedom. Raise your confidence and find your authentic self all while getting fit. Every woman is a sexy gorgeous creature, we just need to be made aware of it from time to time. Join the S Factor movement and rise the feminine goddess that is waiting and screaming for you inside. She is powerful, let her lead. You just dont know what you have been missing. This is the safest space to find yourself.

A very aesthetically pleasing studio, but very conservative. they wouldn't let me look in on an intro class to see what I would expecting. The intro class is for females who are not quite alive in their bodies yet. Too amateur and boring for me. I would have taken a different class rather than waste my time. It was so slow moving that it was boresome ;{ They have some competitors teaching there, so they must have some decent classes, but I'll never know

I love S factor NY!!! I'm a student from the Houston location and I had a blast!!!! When I move back to NY I will definitely be moving here. The receptionists are great too!
