Why are people allowed to loiter outside of this business. People sitting on the curb with a dogpit-bull tied to a pole right in front of the door. Its annoying for people to harass you for money as you enter/exit. This is bad for business. I wont be back until this is under control. OnQue is 3 blocks away.
Both ladiesOne Being Named Sandra were very rude and not dealing with customers but only dealing with regular customers. There were products needing to be put up or stocked in the aisles. One customerI'm assuming a regular mentioned something to Sandra and she said very inappropriate things to him while chewing her food. I'm assuming they were joking but it wasn't appropriate. I will say this... No Customer Service. They also went out to smoke after I left, both ladies. They were speaking to a customer outside while smoking. Not an ideal place to stop at...
I understand it's hard to keep homeless people off the property but the minimum is to call the police to stop the homeless fight club and harassment of customers. Also, call your credit card company so you can pay at the pump. Hands down the worst location in the franchise.
**UPDATE** I have changed my rating from a one star to four-stars, and I would just like to say I am so grateful for the new management at this location. This Manager and his crew go above and beyond exceptional customer service. And even today, after my visit the manager actually walked out behind me to ensure my safety. I’m so grateful At first I was so happy with this store but it is NOT SAFE with all the transient traffic allowed to loiter and harass patrons. But now the store cannot even keep in stock the one product I buy when I enter the store. It’s a very simple product and all of your neighboring competitors seem to keep it in stock. But today is the last day of me ever walking into another Casey’s ever again because this is the 4th chance I gave you, and the 4th time I left your store empty handed after WASTING my precious time on your poorly managed business. I will go out of my way to avoid the whole chain now.:
They allow what appear to be homeless people to just chill around their store, place is trashy. I quit going to the store bcs of the loitering.
I own a local construction company. We have a fleet with several commercial vehicles. Usually my guys carry fuel cards but today one of my workers accidentally left the fuel card at his house so I asked him to pay with the change that was in the vehicle. It was about $12 dollars in bills in about $28 in quarters with some dimes and nickels no pennies. The store manager James Glass refused the transaction. He asked my employee if we thought the store was a bank! And would not sell my worker any fuel. He has no business being a general manager. That is not how you treat a paying customer that’s trying to get $40 in fuel from you. Also their store and their restrooms are not clean. All of our business will not be moved to Oncue and 7-11. Whether it’s coins or bills that is a legal form of tinder.
I'm done shopping here until the employees can stop smoking right next to the only doors to get in and out of the building. I shouldn't have to walk through clouds of cigarette smoke.
Poor service. Counter help likes to play games to see how you react. Slow service. Takes a long time every time for card machine to work. They are always arguing with each other. Poor atmosphere Any Caseys in OKC is better then this location.
I applied here for a part time job, because I live seriously right around the corner from this location..... And I had a interview date and downloaded the meeting app and I waited and waited and waited way past interview time and the interviewer "Trinh Glick" canceled it!!!!!!!! I WAS ON THE MEETING LOBBY WAITING FOR Trinh Glick to enter so we could begin.... I called the number from my email voicing my frustration and never got a call back.... Soo I tried to set another date up and they're only available days are weeks from now..... Seriously so frustrating, I already have a full time job but I want to work here part time since I can literally walk and be there in less then 5 minutes.... And I'm sure the staff would appreciate someone that actually wants to work and from the customer complaints I see on these reviews I'm sure they'd appreciate a friendly face... Disappointing....
Helen, you need a raise. Seriously people, when helen works all is in order. Perfect under stress, that woman doesn't miss a beat. Gonna miss coming to this Casey's because of her. She makes the store.
