Hard to sell popcorn when there is none ever made. There are several packets ready to be popped but nobody there wants to pop it. The place is usually filthy also.

Not bad for a gas station, lots of drinks and snacks here, i will be back!

The last few times I have been there only one employee has been working. They are running around trying to stock shelves, make coffee and check people out which results having to spend too much time here. The exterior appearance has been slowly going downhill.

Terrible service, cashiers are incredibly rude and slow. They "gossip" to each other while customers are waiting in line. ABSOLUTELY NO respect for anyone's time whatsoever. The busiest times of the day they decide to only have one cashier. If you want to be late for work this place can really help you out with that.

Stopped in around 5pm to make a few purchases on my way home. Was rudely informed by the chunky blonde girl behind the counter and the black kid beside her that I wasnt allowed in the store without a mask. As someone with medical conditions that prevent me from wearing a mask, that is uncalled for and a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Corporate was closed due to the holiday but I will be calling in the morning. Ended up going right across the street to your competitor and spending twice as much as planned simply because I wasnt harrassed as soon as I walked through the door. This isnt the first time its happened. Though funnily enough, I was in there several times over the last few months, maskless, and not once was I told to leave. Fianlly, as a local small business owner, I have already begun informing my patrons of the behavior Shell finds acceptable and now I will be doubling my efforts to get the word out that people with disabilities are not welcome in your establishments. This station continually fails expectation. They never receive receipts at the pump. Pay at the pump is there for convenience, whenever I have to go in for a receipts its a 15 minute wait in line. Staff is generally rude As it's not the 1st time they've heard these complaints either. Trying to contact management is an absolute run around. Emails and attempts to call are never returned. Save your money drive across the street. My company buys on the average a 750-1000 gallons of fuel a week between our vehicles and we will no longer stop at this location.

Normally I have good service there...normally. I go in one day after working an 11 hour day to make a small purchase and get some cash back so I can give my daughter money for her book fair at school. I get in and swipe my card and am told then that they don't offer cash back. Well dangit. So the attendent points me to the ATM and says they could make change for me. So I go over to the ATM, pay the charge fee the come back where she pops the drawer and states "Oh breaking that 20 would leave me with one five dollar bill. I can't do that." So...why didn't you just pop the drawer in the first place so I could have been told that before I wasted time and money? She stared at me like I was a moron. I'll buy my fuel from there but I don't want to go back inside again.

Pumps never have paper for a receipt. Always have to go inside and wait in-line for the single cash register. Have waited over 20 minutes just for a receipt. I'll find a different station from now on. BP or Marathon can't be any worse.

The only thing I can say is the place was nasty the bathroom was disgusting an when I went to check out there wasn't any clerks in sight. Poor business

Do not stop here. Half their pumps are broken, the bathrooms do not work, it is dirty, the shelves are half filled and it smells.
