The people at this store are very friendly and offer great customer service. I live nearby they offer easy access 24/7 when I needed that late night snack or drink. Thank y’all for being open on those nights I couldn’t sleep when going thru Chemo. Anna the nighttime cashier was so nice and knew the meaning of the word good customer service. If you haven’t been there in awhile or are a new customer you will be glad you stopped. Thanks again
I always make a stop here when I can usually on the way to work. Very clean and organized. The cashier Anna is very kind and polite: thank you shell for being one of my favorite has stations, always reliable!
I went to this store around 10:30 PM on June 19, 2018 and the attendant was standing in the parking lot having a casual conversation with someone sitting in their car by the entrance to the store. I assume this was a friend or family member of hers. As I approach the door she said, “it’s closed.” Knowing that this store is supposed to be open 24/7, I asked if she was serious. Then she responded with, “its locked and I can’t get in.” I’m not really sure how you lock yourself out of a gas station. Nor If the store was really locked or not and I was just interrupting her conversation. Either way the attendant had an attitude and was very short with me, a very frequent customer. And seemed to care less about the store being locked and only about her conversation with whomever was in the vehicle.
The newest and nicest gas station on 280. When they first built this place, I could not for the life of me understand why we needed another gas station... but this place is nice! Bathrooms are NORMALLY clean, they have a great selection of snacks and drinks, and a pretty big selection of specialty coffee, smoothies, and fountain beverages. Stop by and see for yourself!
My husband went into the store to pay for our gas and had a horrible experience that we are still shaking our head over in complete disbelief. He was running late trying to get home to me and our 7 kids so he definitely was in a hurry as he walked into the store. - he patiently waited in line just as everyone else -,when it was time for him to pay the woman working has reached into her pocket and pulled out her cell phone guessing personal bc it was a cell and a personal conversation -So naturally he laid his new crisp $20 bill on the counter since she was occupied and simply said "i need to get $20 on pump 11 please" -Normal eye contact made and general agreement that the transaction was complete made -As he did a few things before pumping gas he noticed a man, another employee of the gas station, looking out the door at him very quickly a couple of times. My husband thought this was odd but wasn't sure what that was about. It didn't really concern him but did have his curiosity up -He began to pump gas, which is a task all together because we have an issue with our gas tank and we have to use a funnel externally and hold it as we pump gas , so after setting that up nothing was happening as if the pump wasn't on yet. like he hadn't paid. -He then proceeded back into the gas station and stuck his head into the door and paraphrasing My HUSBAND SAYS "excuse me mam I got $20 on 11 and not working" EMPLOYEE extremely rude with very very negative ugly attitude "Um no you dont . HUSBAND very politely and respectfully says "oh yes mam I gave you $20 bill just a minute ago" EMPLOYEE very very ugly tone "on no you didnt. im not a dog. you dont throw stuff at me. HUSBAND steps all the way into store approaching register "oh im sorry mam Im sorry it looked like I was rude or something. I laid it on counter and told you what pump bc you were preoccupied" EMPLOYEE says something else rude to the fact that my husband was rude and she didn't care what he had to say and just wasn't hearing it and basically not to let the door hit him on the way out pretty much This whole time the conversation or confrontational on employees part encounter, she has the $20 bill laid toward her to the side. FIRST -He couldn't hand her the bill because she was on a personal phone call while she was working or supposed to be SECONDLY- He didn't throw it at her. It was so crisp that it almost wouldn't come apart from other cash so it would have been impossible to "throw it" Yes he was in a hurry however there was a mutual consensus that the transaction was complete and he could exit and get gas - What happened to just goodwill, patience, and respect for other people -Its cold outside and she made him set up to pump gas, put all back up, walk back in just to be rude to him. He was just trying to get home. My husband was so upset and in disbelief that it took a whole lot for him not to go back into the store to try and talk to her about it again. He was in and is still in complete disbelief that he was treated so rudely. Her actions from being on her cell to acting as if my husband treated her like a dog cannot be justified. The whole thing is just messed up because on top of her actions we also had the other employee looking out the door over and over and talking to someone inside is even more troubling. Looking back we can now assume the employees were vocally talking about my husband after he "paid for his gas" and obviously negatively and other customers were in the store as well. I needed to write this to let someone know. And to let people who pay in cash know not to lay their cash down. It may cause you to be in a conflict with a very unhappy disrespectful rude employee for no fault of your own. Oh and also Little Ceasers is in this same store. Don't get me started on their service. Its been "closed 2 hours before time or they have been "out" of pizzas 12 times in the past 6 months when we tried to get some for our kids. Yep. Crazy.
Male cashier lectured me on how to hand him money like a child. I'm 40 years old and own a business. Never going back....transaction at 4:19pm tues Feb 27th. I was trying to get exact change and dropped a couple quarters on the counter. Ended up getting a lecture from the man I see almost 5 days a week on how to pay. I'm done and screw that place. I was trying to be nice and I got served.........I'm out....soo pissed off!!!
I'm from opelika AL and had to come to Birmingham on personal business. After a long stressful and emotional day I stopped at your gas station, your employee by the name of Nard ended my day with a smile. Convenience stores need more employees with positive attitudes such as his.
Friendly staff, great variety of items to choose from, is very nice in appearance, clean restrooms
As far as gas stations with convenience store this one is about as good as it gets. 15 pumps with no waiting and the store is stocked with everything. It even has a pizza store attached.
Worst gas station I’ve ever been to, rudest cashier ever, will never do business there again! Need to have a No Star
