If I could give a zero I would. On 10/02/2022 I filled my tank and proceeded to use the window cleaning station at the pump only to get a squeegee full of the rankest urine I've smelled in my life! Upon notifying the attendant he refused to listen to me and said no over and over again, basically telling me i'm a liar. I suggested he go examine it real quick and again he told me no, there is no urine. This guy is not a fan of women so hopefully a man used the same station next and gave him a complaint. I'll no longer be using this location to get gas.

This car wash place is a scam. Stop wasting your money and time… Their car wash breaks constantly and they'll just let you sit there waiting for 20 minutes while nobody's car gets washed. No explanations, no apologies and they'll just start arguing with you. I keep telling the cashier that my car is not dry and he refused to come and look at it. Extremely unprofessional and downright rude. I will never ever go to this place again.

OMG, worst car wash ever, takes me 30 minutes to wash my car, a huge line was make because the washer wasn’t working, and was an indian guy seems to be the manager very rude, laughing on my face, being sarcastic, as was my fault that the washer wasn’t working, btw i already saw his photos on other reviews and seems to shell doesn’t do anything, why he is still working? if other people is complaining about same employee, take it seriously, is just ridiculous the ways he treats my family, i’ll never come back again

This car wash place is a scam. I purchased 4 ultimate for $45 on July 5th. I came to the place on August 23rd for the second wash. When I was sitting in the car waiting for my turn after entering the code. The Indian guy came over keep saying I didn't enter the code. I even showed him the original receipt and he said it has expired, while he couldn't find anything on the receipt saying it's expired. Since there are some people waiting behind me, I had to enter the code again. When I was trying to argue with him with two receipts with the same account # and time stamps for 4:01pm and 4:05pm. He was very rude and refused to check the receipts. Don't be fooled by their car wash promotion. You will end up paying more than regular like me.

A week ago, I arrived at a car wash. I drove to the automatic payment machine and saw a piece of paper with the text "cash only". I couldn't leave. There was a car in behind me. I had to exchange $50 at the driver who stood behind me and I paid for the wash for $13 with a $20 bill. Instead of change, I received a check in which they offered to take $7 directly at the checkout at the gas station. I couldn't do that, because I couldn't leave the car - the child was sleeping there. I left, confident that I could get my money in the near future. Today I came to the gas station with a check, but they refused to return me, citing the fact that too much time had passed 1 week and the cash register cannot return the money to me if I have a check. That was rude and contradicts the laws of almost any state in the world, including the USA. Update from 08.17.2021 This story has received an amazing continuation. I have filed a complaint with Shell headquarters. The manager contacted me, apologized, offered to call in for $ 7 and a free car wash to gift. I did so. You can imagine my surprise when the same guy at the checkout read the SMS from his boss, he was turning the check-in his hands for one minute, and looking at me like I was crazy, said: "Madam, I will not return your change, because a month has passed since the car was washed." And he grinned very cynically. I wrote to the manager again. He said: "I will figure it out. You can try again to return the money and take a car wash as a gift, just warn me." I decided that I no longer want to see that guy at the checkout in person. He does not live according to local laws, and I do not know what else to expect from him. He ignores not only clients but also his boss. In the end, Shell transferred my $ 7 through PayPal.

The cashier has a bad attitude, and it was the worst costumer service ever

I came after 8pm and the sign said $10 for a car wash. The machine charged me $13. After the wash I figured I have the attendant correct it but he was rude and refused to do anything. No eye contact! Mumbled curse words at me. Worst customer service ever. Too bad this place is really close by and I won’t go back until he no longer works there.

I used to go to this station often. They have a car wash that is responsible. I had an unpleasant discussion with a man who claimed to be the owners son. I vowed never to return. The owner did apologize and offered an incentive to return, but the guy in the station ruined my business love for this place. Sorry. I hope others are treated better.

Worst customer experience experience of my life. Put $11 into car wash machine, car wash closed. Attendant refused to provide a voucher of any kind or give me my money back.
