So i went in this store earlier today and purchased a few items. Unknowingly I accidentally dropped my debit card & i also was riding the bus & had made it to my destination before realizing. So I called the store at least 15 times for them to confirm if i did leave it or not… Get back to the store i asked the black guy did someone turn in a white chime card with green lettering! He kept asking what kind & I’m constantly replying Chime! So he starts to insult me as if I can’t understand him, so i take my mask off & say Chime! He then replied oh you want to holler I’m trying to help you and you want to holler at me… he proceeds to sit down & fold his arm. I stood there for a minute before i went the other register & i see my card and ask the other guy could he give me my card, i already had my DL ready for him & he gives it to me with no problem!

This man told called a black man a racial slur & said he was sick of seeing Monkeys come in his store. STOP GIVING THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY.

High prices and bad service , be on guard for they will attempt to double charge you for your items.

I tried to buy something that's a price between $1 and $2. I was told by that guy that he won't be able to charge a fee for a card at that price. At Prescott Market on Prescott St they charge a card usage free if you buy something less than $5. At the Marathon located on Stage Road & Summer Ave. You can't purchase with a card if it's under $3. He could've told me how much the purchase have to be to pay with a card.

Extremely high gas and store prices, Zaf, is a former manager he is no longer there, as of 3 months ago there is new management team, lots of panhandlers outside asking for your money during all business hours 7 days a week, bathrooms and atm and Subway inside store, $3 minium using your debit and credit cards, prices vary at Subway to depending on what you are going to eat and drink, store is always dirty no maintenance man ever to do repairs or clean store, saw new manager sweep and mop bathrooms just the other day. Filthy dirty parking lot trash everywhere, majority of customers come from William Hudson Bus Terminal and car traffic. I Don't Recommend this place at all please go to the competition.

Torn because Zaf is always very very sweet. But they know they are the only gas near the island and the price for gas is insane. Also because it’s so close to the bus station I am always worried going there alone.

Shell is under new management Open at 5 am to 12pm Monday to Saturday Sunday 8AM to 10PM We serve Breakfast and lunch I'll try my best to do better customer service Keep clean inside and outside As we all know downtown is little bit crazy as always

Nearest pump to my home. Zaf is very kind and sweet. He remembers who I am and treats me very well when I visit the store. Gas is the priciest in memphis.

Please help support the panhandlers. Their are always at least 4 here, needing everything you own. Don't be selfish!

How dare you sell high price items and on top of that rude customer service. You can take my money but can't put my stuff in my hand and throws it on the counter to me like I'm a dog. NEVER AGAIN
