5 stars for the service provided by Carl at the pumps and the kind gal working at the register. After dark, some stuff happens out in the open that is beyond anyone's control. Use the inside bathroom only if necessary. God bless America!

I can’t believe that they have the audacity to tell a person with a physical disability that they are required to get out if their vehicle to go inside and pay with cash. This utterly disgusts me. I wonder what the ADA would think about this? Used to be my favorite gas station but after the last two visits. I think this will be my last time.

I go out of my way to get gas from this station due to the wonderful staff. Especially the station attendant Johanna. She is professional yet warm and welcoming. I always leave feeling better then when I arrived due to her energy and assistance. There are lots of folks roaming the area who are not sane or are strung out, and have no place to go. The staff are on the front lines juggling tasks, processing payments, solving issues that arise, providing excellent customer service, all the while defusing and handling potentially explosive and unsafe situations with folks society has no place for. I have been super impressed as I watched Johanna juggle these tasks with grace. While Shell is a horrible and disgusting company, I am loyal to this location because of Johanna and the rest of the staff. Considering the vast amount of money Shell reaps from the destruction of the environment and our children's futures, I sure hope these amazing folks make a living wage that they deserve.

My partner and I went to the Shell to get gas on Christmas Day. It was somewhat busy, icy, and super cold. Despite all of that, our gas station attendant Keith was SO NICE and cheerful, he gave our dog treats, wished us a merry Christmas, and made our stressful drive home in the ice an overall better time.

Although a little bit on the spending side I find myself stopping here in getting gas probably more for the friendly people than a little bit higher price but I can't complain and it's pretty good gas and it gets me where I need to go so I don't mind stopping by for a friendly face and spending a little bit extra thank you to the crew there great customer service keep bringing customers back

Was charged $80 for a $30 gas fill.
