As others have stated, the short older Latina woman is not friendly at all. I thought the customer before me may have been rude so I made sure to be friendly and greet her but she kept the same disgusted attitude and gave me a dirty look when I reached for my receipt. Her name is Maria and she really needs some coaching or find another line of work, because customer service is nonexistent. Other than that, this location is not as busy as others and the black older lady dispensing propane seemed tired but still wished me a blessed weekend. Simple but appreciated gesture.

Had similar problem to others with propane service. They either have only one employee- so you have to wait for them to lock the door and come out, thereby inconveniencing other customers waiting while they fill your propane- OR, you’ll get the employee that says they don’t know how to fill the tank so you’ll have to come back some other time- OR, the person that does know how to fill the tank has sporadic hours and lunch times so you just never know when they’ll be there… poor management. There used to be a mother and son that worked there and an older Indian gentleman- they were all great and I thank them for their professionalism.

went there today to get propane and was treated very rude by a small middle age latina. She didn't response to my good morning greeting.She didn't answer a few questions that I ask neither.There was construction at the time.She barely spoke english.

Rude employee and manager on new years @ 11.30. Never been talked to so rudely by a shell employee and manager allowing it. It was also the man in front of me treated the same and ignored.. Please if you had that bad of a day stay home. Or find a new job. Will never go to this shell again chevron is right across the street. That is all thank you.

I was a regular customer for gas and propane for 12 years until one day I went for air. I asked the Latina girl to please turn on the air compressor and she said " im busy right now and I'll take care when I'm done". I waited for 15 minutes and went into the store and ask her why she hadn't turned on the compressor and said " you have to buy gas first in a rude manner. I asked her why she kept me waiting if she wasn't going to turm on the compressor and she was rude again and said im too busy. So now i have to drive further to buy my propane. Because I will not be submitted to this rude undignified behaviour by this uneducated person! Incidentally if your lucky you'll get the nice older middle eastern gentleman. He has always been polite.

DONT BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME. This place has no management, or employees who are held accountable for their fly bye made up rules. First time 1 mo ago was told they stopped selling propane at 8pm. Today was told they stopped selling propane at 6 pm. Which is it. And they are rude about it. From now on going to wallmart.

Beware: used the atm machine hereI know, bad idea and it was was skimmed. The ATM is sitting right in front of the counter so I'm convinced someone working there had something to do with it. They made several withdrawals in that area. I do not live in the state and it was the only time I used that card. Recommend avoiding this place. Many 1 star reviews here.

Had to wait 20 minutes just for this woman to fill up a propane tank, if you have that service maybe you should have more than one employee working, so the other employee can assist customers and not close the and lock door to store, I only had cash on me and needed a employee at the register

The older Lady is always rude, has no sense of humor, and doesn't belong at that place. I always stop at that shell and the only time i have a adverse experience is only when i happen to stop in when shes there.

its crazy that they can delete the comments! DO NOT COME HERE THEY WILL GIVE YOU AN ATTITUDE! MAYBE FOR AIR MAYBE CAUSE OF THEY ARE WORKING LIKE A GANG MORE THAN A CREW! I EMAILED TO SHELL USA ABOUT THEM GO TO CHEVRON ACROSS THE STREET WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
