Shell Station

The gas price at this station is usually priced higher as compared to other gas stations. At least that’s my observation! Second they always have an issue with their credit system. Like why wouldn’t you get it fixed? I would NOT get gas here at all but good place to get a subway!

Just moved in this area and this is the hoodest shell I've ever been to. The worker are rude, there's always a female that seem like she does not work there behind the register chilling on the counter. You don't get a hello welcome in, they are always distracted in their phones if you wanted to steal anything the wouldn't know. I'd rather drive further up the street to qt

Took awhile to get to off of the freeway. We thought it would be closer. Seems to be a frequently used gas station used for rental car return fillups prior to airport departure. Plenty of space and has what you would expect.

I followed the prompts available on screen to receive cashback. The cashier placed a hand written sign after giving the cash. I was appalled "What are you gonna do steal from me?" I could only pray I wasn't going to get whacked crossing the street

Great customer service. Andrew walked out to help with a pump that was not functioning properly. Bowie jumped in at the end of my visit to process my transaction because Andrew was helping another customer. Both Andrew and Bowie were welcoming, friendly, efficiently helpful. It is rare to experience high level of customer service. Thank you Andrew and Bowie. Keep up the outstanding service!!!

The price displayed on their digital gas sign is for "cash paying customers". If you use a debit card who doesn't it's like 10 cents more per gallon. What a gimmick. I will never go here again because of this dishonest advertising. And the stuff they sell is way overpriced too.

Price advertised is only if you use a shell credit card, pump was broken but attendant insisted I didn’t know how to use it. He told me he wasn’t able to give me a full tank from the inside card machine only an exact number.

Nice lighting at night. Clean pumps but the 10 cent charge for using your card is super dumb and inconvenient I’m only giving it 4 stars cause of the SUBWAY, circle k across the street doesn’t charge you 10 cents for using your card...

Well lit, clean. However, evening shift is usually covered by weak customer service having teenagers playing bad mumble rap loudly in the store. Also, 10cent charge at pump for credit or debit.

Eric, the cashier, wouldn't re-ring my gas, after he instructed me to run my debit first, then rewards card. I asked what about the Uber and Lyft earned discount. He just sighed real loud looked me in the eye and shrugged. Then, told me to pump my gas because he can't cash out until I did. Just like I earned my rewards, I feel this one star is earned however, ERIC earned less then one.
