Con Men and Schwitters are what this bank represents they take money don't apply payments in a timely manner and work overtime to charge excessive fees. My mortgage monthly payment is 1500$ I pay 750$ per week and somehow I end up with late fees and past due payments these people are a ripoff
Veterans Beware! Do not take a loan, or whatever they offer. They are not veteran Friendly, and during this time are worthless in any help whatsoever. The VA should not allow this company and their Affiliates to take VA Loans. Veterans Look for a more accommodating and helpful company!
They're the worst. DO NOT take out any loans from them. They're just like loan sharks and they will make you miserable.
Most unprofessional mortgage company I've ever dealt with the customer service representatives are rude, abrupt and extremely unprofessional Do yourself a favor and never become involved with these people SHELLPOINT IS A JOKE!!!!
