Amazing experience with Shelly from start to finish! I was a complete novice to the photography world when I first called Shelly and she was able to quickly set me up for my corporate headshot. Her associate Clinton was very helpful dealing with the payment and allowed Shelly and I to focus on the photos. On the day of the shoot, I felt extremely comfortable in the environment Shelly setup. Great music and great time during the photo shoot and very satisfied with the whole experience!

I've never had a professional headshot taken before and researched a lot of photographers and decided to go with Shelly. I'm glad that I did! She was extremely patient and gave me guidance on how to pose and helped me to relax. The pictures turned out great and I'm very happy with it. Clinton is pleasant to work with and responds quickly. I am so incredibly impressed with the entire experience of getting professional headshots done by Shelly Perry Photography. Shelly was truly wonderful for my daughter's headshots. From the moment we met her, we knew she would be great. Her upbeat and engaging personality made the shoot so fun and relaxing. The shyness that my daughter had in the beginning was completely gone within the first 10 minutes. Shelly took the time to talk with my daughter, getting to know her, and captured some amazing shots. She surrounds herself with a fabulous team, whom all compliment each other well, making it for a professional, but truly enjoyable experience.

I was well overdue for a professional headshot and in the past I had either used a camera phone or the photographer that would show up once a year at our corporate office who takes about 3 photos and you’re done. I’m so glad I decided to go with Shelly this time. For someone who is not used to being in front of the camera often, taking the time and money to go with Shelly was worth every penny. She did a great job getting me to relax with something outside my comfort zone and the photos came out excellent as a result. I had dozens of photos to choose from after our hour of shooting. All in all it was a great experience and investment.

I had some acting headshots taken with Shelly in August and I have to say that I am so happy with the photos! She made me feel comfortable and really took her time. She goes until she gets the perfect shot, which I really appreciated. Her team is also awesome. My hair and makeup were perfect for the shoot. I recently wanted to updated my professional "head-shots" and was having a tough time finding someone that I liked and was reasonably priced. From the moment I walked into Shelly's space, I felt at ease about using her for my professional pictures! She went above and beyond by taking me to a few locations around Downtown to get the perfect back drops/light combinations. As an Architectural Designer, I wanted a lot of unique texture, and she was able to create a few different settings that worked really well for me. After I got my proofs back, she really didn't disappoint, they were amazing! For any professional that needs a "head-shot" photographer, I would highly recommend Shelly Perry Photography!
