Good evening everyone, anyone that knows me knows that I was always afraid to go to the dentist even as a kid. The way the staff took care of me from day one was amazing even when I told them I was nervous they talked me through the entire process. They are very supportive and very helpful. I promise I am not going anywhere else. I would highly recommend this dental office. I am thankful that they strive to make their patients happy.

The staff at Shelton Family Dental was very warm and friendly and the hygienist was truly wonderful. This was probably the best cleaning I have ever gotten! I also liked that this is a family business run by women. I will definitely be back for my next cleaning appointment and will recommend Shelton Family Dental to friends and family!

Had my first visit to this wonderful establishment, they are excellent. They delivered dental service that my wife needed..we had been to 4 other dentist in Towson and Rosedale .They all lied and deceived us. Asked them about doing extractions, they said yes ..yet they refuse to do extraction once we went in for visit , instead sent us to their “friend” another dentist who still didn’t do extractions ..They are frauds , all they wanted was to milk our dental coverage.. Now Shelton family dental , they are professional , they literally provide the services they offer…This will be my dental office for life

No longer for the community. A lot of original clients have left over the years due to poor customer service. I convinced others and stayed a client since elementary school until today. Was treated poorly and caused to have no-show fees from a $60/8 year old debt that I was unaware of until my visit. I came in was told of a 2015 no-show fee debt and told that I would have another no show fee b/c I had no money! No sympathy, considerations, or solutions provided. I wasn’t contacted about debt when scheduling or before the apt, so I could have brought the money. In the community but no longer for the community!! I won’t advocate for them in the community any longer!!!!

The office assistant Mrs. Felicia was helpful, understanding and nice. Dr. Shelton is thorough, pleasant and informative. I recommend The Shelton Family Dental any time.

I have been dealing with a toothache for some time, but couldn't get to what the problem was; therefore over a period of time it had turned into an emergency with me having excruciating pain over the holiday. I called Shelton Family Dental. the person that took the call heard my cry. I was told to come right on in. Doctor Shelton gave me a thorough exam. him and I believe his daughter was on top of their game this man apparently felt my pain because he and his staff awesome teamwork got me scheduled for a specialist to have a root canal. I jetted there. tears streaming down my cheeks. In no time I was done. All I can say is,. IT'S A MIRACLE. Thank you Dr. Shelton and your compassionate and professional team.

Can you imagine being an hour late for your appointment AND you were still able to see your dentist. That happened to me last week. They were wonderful , they made time to accommodate me AND on the same day. That's how patient friendly they are. My teeth are great, I get a lot of compliments. I've been a patient for over 40 years , I love their service.

I had dental concerns regarding a root canal and Dr. Shelton allowed me to come and share my concerns. We were able to develop a treatment plan which decreased my anxious mood. I’m grateful for the experience considering she provided active listening, and empathic understanding skills. If you are in the market for a new dental home. As always, I was greeted warmly and treated with respect. My wait time was short. The atmosphere there is so relaxed and professional. The name Shelton Family Dental is indicative of how you are treated, like family. I highly recommend this practice for your dental needs
