Wouldn’t even give 1 Star was told I could do a payment arrangement only to drive a hour to come up with the money to be told they couldn’t all of a sudden. Worse customer service. Stay away if possible

First, I would like to say if I were just rating customer service I would give Shentel 4 stars. For the internet, cable and phone service they offer I would give a negative rating. Over priced, constant problems with all 3 services provided.

Out right garbage service. Nice people but out right terrible internet. I "upgraded" to mbs. Now i do speed test regularly and never got 10 mbs. So either i get this resolved or ill just cancel the service and go hot spot cause that seems the only way i can get anything downloaded
