Expos are complicated, with lots of moving parts and she made the process simple, and straightforward and helped get us set up for the upcoming show in a matter of minutes! RIPOFF!!!!! This was by far the most ridiculous treatment I have ever experienced. I was charged almost 10,000 pounds for my booth which is absolutely not the case. I am getting the factory shipping specs of my items and pricing it was not this heavy. And on top of that 1.49 a pound are you serious? Almost 15,000.00 for 2 hours at the most in work with 1 employee and one rented forklift. This is so unfair in so many ways! I will never do a tradeshow where you’re company is the vendor being used. Freeman only charges 1.00 a pound, which is also absurd but 1,49 a pound is ridiculous and completely unfair. I will be forwarding the factory shipping weight of my items ASAP and expect a refund. Also, our company credit card had a fraud warning and had to be cleared for payment, so I called the bank right in front of the lady at the desk and explained for her it would be available in a little while. I needed a plug strip and I gave her my personal debit card for that which was 28.00 and asked her to please not bill my debit card for the show fees. As soon as I walked away she ran 5000.00 on the card which overdrew my personal account. And caused many overdraft fees. As soon as I found out, while I was out to eat and could not even pay for my meal which was extremely embarrassing, I went back to the desk and was told it was an accident and she would credit my money back to my personal account. At that time she ran the business card for 14,000.00 and was told she refunded the 5000.00 which is a total lie it was never refunded even to this date. I told her to remove my personal credit card from the account which once again she did not do!!!! And since the end of the show, you have billed an additional 850.00, 1554.75, and 1022.83 with a total overdraft over 3000.00. I am completely out of money and also have over 300.00 in overdraft fees.

Biggest ripoff! Be very careful when shipping packages to events they are handling. Shepherd starts their handling rates at over $53/per package. So a package that weights 3lbs is charged the same as something that weights 30lbs. This is typical except the pricing usually starts at much lower rates. If you can, send small packages to your hotel, otherwise you will pay over $400 for less than 100lbs of items.
