Highly recommended - have used Shepherd to clean out our septic over the past six years. Excellent service, courteous and helpful employees, and straight honesty about whether we need their services or not. I've been told me on more than one occasion that I can hold off on pumping for a year, which saves me money. Give them a call!

We were referred to this company by Mike at M.C. Tree service. I called the same day and Mike Shepherd and Tracy from the office returned my call immediately and we set an appointment for the next day. Andrew was patient, knowledgeable, courteous and very personable. He explained so much to me and took the time to answer all my questions. He gave us solutions to other issues he was seeing and went above and beyond in service by installing something that we didn't expect same day. (insert 10 stars here) Very reasonably priced, upfront and honest. It was also a little farther for this company to travel from Coboconk to Brechin. So glad they came out. I highly recommend this company. Will use them again.

Wish I could leave negative stars. Over the course of 6 months we called multiple times, finally managed to speak with both owners about a problem we were experiencing, and then never heard from them again.

Driver was courteous and knowledgable but the price was crazy! I paid $185 for getting a cubic meter of grey water pumped out! No one told me the price first. I would not have done it had I known! ASK FOR THE PRICE FIRST!
