Sherman's Books and Stationery

Stopping by Sherman's is always a delight. I never come away empty handed, either for myself or with gifts. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I like that I can order books online if they don't have them in stock and then go pick it up, instead of ordering from a big box company. A day that I get to visit Sherman's is always a good day.

This is the best book store! They had such a great selection, the staff picks were on point, and the signage is HILARIOUS. Definitely make a stop here when in Portland!

I went in here to look for a journal and was pleasantly surprised by the little trinkets and keepsakes they sell! I found what I was looking for as well as well as some great calendars and nick-nacks. There are also a lot of books of all varieties, and the staff is very sweet.

Nice to see you fully stocked bookstore and appears to be doing very well. Cookbook section had most of the classics. Enjoyed very much.

There were a variety of books, puzzles, games, stationary supplies and other products in this store. Everything was neat and organized making it easy to find anything available. The staff members were extremely friendly and conversational. They gave me some terrific recommendations of what to do in town. I highly recommend people visit this store while in Portland.

A fabulous place to check out with kids. Apart from the books, they have quality and quite stuff that you don’t usually find abs very reasonably priced too! Loved their notebooks and cherry wood bookmarks. Not to mention the service is fantastic.
