This was my first visit with Dr. Lench. The staff was great and while the exam was challenging with lens fogging up and all, Dr. Lench was patient and informative. The person who helped me with my glasses was great as well. Sorry can't remember her name .

I have seen both Doctors and like them both, nice people. The staff is always so nice and accommodating. You never sit long in the waiting room. The have a good selection of glasses. They will explain anything you have a question about. NIce office atmosphere never rushed or harried.
