I was in the store today and the young that was at the counter did not look up or acknowledge me when I walked AT ALL! She was in the middle of a conversation with another young lady and continued until I stood there and made eye contact. Even then you would think she stop and say hello. No, she went on until she was good and ready! When she was finished I walked up she seemed annoyed because I interrupted her conversation! Where on earth do you find these people! I would think one needed basic customer service skills to work in a position Such as this!! I have managed hundreds of people in my career, and this young lady should be fired! I will never revisit this location!

Just dawned on me.  Paint is not better.  Customer service terrible.  Hours not convenient.   Why have I been coming to this place?  Called at 5 pm trying to get 2 gallons paint in semigloss to finish project.  First store [rudely] said they did have any.  Really.  No semigloss.  At all.  In any paint.  Right.   Second store also said the didn't  have any.  I asked for 5 gallon instead.  Suddenly found the two gallons I needed [I guess mixing 2 gallons easier than 5 gallon].  Arrived at 6:00 and 30 seconds.  Literally not 6:01.  Nope can't come in.  Went to Home Depot and got treated with a smile.  One coat.  Done.  Don't keep going here like I did.  No need.

I have never before had such a high degree of quality customer service as i had from Tashena yesterday at Sherwin Williams. She was an obviously skilled expert in color and was dedicated to finding a match to my satisfaction. I left the store knowing i couldnt have been given better customer attention.

The person that was working there this morning was soo helpful and patient with me in trying took get the right color to match. May God bless him and his family. Happy customer

As a contractor I like all the Sherwin-Williams paint stores but this one is the best mainly because of their stuff the manager Edith actually knows what she's doing cares about what you're doing and has a great attitude my favorite Sherwin-Williams store

The service was incredible. I am a first time home-buyer with many questions about DIY painting. The manager and the other man working the day I went in answered every single one. I would highly recommend this location.

Guy at the counter was extremely helpful you spent about 30 minutes trying to get a match on a house where previous people were unable to match it and his look really really good appreciate him taking the effort he was a young man took the time and I was impressed

This is the Best Sherwin Williams Store in America. The service is excellent and the Assistant Manager there, Aresia Boykin takes care of all her customers
