The salesperson, could have been a little bit more accommodating. He waited on two other people, I was in the store first. I had to tell him that I wanted help he never ask. He seemed a bite hurried. He finally came over to me after waiting on the other people. He did answer a question for me and soon went to the back of the store.I believe that he was about to close so he walk in the back of the store, I tried calling him he didn't not answer so I left the store. I really like the quality of Sherwin William's paint so I will still purchase the paint. I have been purchasing paint from them for several years now. I will probably go to a different location or hope that a different salesperson is on staff the day I go to make my purchase. The 3 stars are for the salesperson, not the paint. I was contacted by the manager at this location, his name is Pete. As mentioned above, I like Sherwin William's paint so ,I would probably purchase the paint at a different location. When Pete, contacted me he was very polite and listened to my concerns. I am very happy to say, that Pete 's professionalism, and knowledge , has encouraged me to continue to shop at this location and to continue as an customer in my local area. I am sure that based on Pete,'s management, I nor any other customer will have a bad experience at this location. Based on my recent experience, I am changing my review to 5 stars.
Great store to come to. Emily was fantastic. She is very helpful and knowledgeable from what I could tell. I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store. The store is well light, clean, neat and organized. This store has a better selection than some of the stores because of this stores size. The prices are a little expensive if you are a DIY. If your a contractor the prices aren't to bad. The prices are also good if you can get the products on sale.

The service was great as for the items I purchased the staff was very knowledgeable about the paint itself and really took the time to listen to my concerns about the quality of the paint I wanted they made me feel very good about my choice of paint, especially Amanda Russino she's awesome. Thanks Amanda, you rock!!! The other staff member I didn't get his name and he didn't have a business card he helped me with the painting tool he was very nice too. Thanks nice guy.. Laura L.
Since you asked, I went to Sherwin Williams to receive more individualized attention from my experience at Home Depot. Last year I covered my deck with Behr deck paint product and it lasted less than a year. I wanted to both try Sherwin Williams product and get advice on application on my deck. I took advantage of 30% sale --- very good -- however when I arrived at the store, there was 1 person on duty and 2 customers before me. Waited patiently. When employee waited on me, later 2 other employees came in. The person who attended me was not knowledgeable on application of deck semi transparent stain. Neither of the other 2 employees offered information on what I was asking. I was disappointed mainly because I was looking for advice and I didn't receive it. When one of the other employees offered help, it was for a product that I wasn't asking for.
I had them do a color match and it was so far off the color that it could not be used. After bringing this to their attention, I was told there are no refunds for colored paint.... This is not acceptable when I paid $80 for a gallon of paint. I took it to another location and they took care of it.

The manager and fellow employee helped me with information on paint sprayer tips, they even researched the information I needed for me on the computer while I waited. Great customer service
I’m not a pro. I’m a home owner. Every time I’ve needed something for a specific purpose the staff was so knowledgeable and and helpful. It’s the place to go if you want reliable help.
