Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

I was very surprised my first time in this store. I was instantly welcomed and asked if there was something I needed help finding. I’ve never been to a SW paint store that had such a knowledgeable and dedicated staff. I’m pretty new to painting but the people here have taught me so many neat tricks and tips to the trade. Adam and his team set a new standard for customer experience. I’ll drive across town and pass 4 other stores just to shop at the firehouse store. Also their paint bag is worth every penny. I went from hauling 3 clunky plastic bins to one sleek bag. Thank you SW!

Carlos is the MVP of all time!!! He answered my phone call 4mins before closing and took the time to listen to my story and even offered to stay open a few extra minutes to help fix an error! I was emotional due to another Sherman Williams location- I was so embarrassed and frustrated when I arrived to his store. I arrived a few minutes past 4pm and he helped me! A HUGE Emphasis on his customer service and ability to help resolve a problem. I left his store feeling grateful and faith restored in humanity. Carlos! Thank you again from the bottom of my heart! I didn’t know a store could make you feel like family. The very first time I shopped here JR made it his mission to make sure I had everything I needed. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and set me up with a professional account for my growing handyman business. The NEXT DAY the sales rep Amanda called me and immediately blew me away with the services, advice, and discounts available to me. Fast forward a few weeks to the next time I was in the store. Amanda was upstairs working, and she heard that I was there. She immediately came down and asked me how things were going and if I needed help or advice with anything. They also hooked me up with some Sherwin-Williams swag that I wear proudly now. It makes me look more professional, and I AM more professional with their help and expertise. The picture here is a project that Amanda personally came down to help me with on my most recent visit. I was having a hard time matching the garage door stain to the front door stain, and she took on the task herself and did an excellent job. Nieka was also there and was a superb help- courteous, cheerful, friendly and knowledgeable like everyone else. I truly feel like family at Sherwin-Williams! Thank you for being an incredible company!

Welp, the Sherwin Williams next to my house was closed so I googled it and saw that this location was open so I rode all the way to this location and saw the sign on the door even said they were open on Sunday at 10 am.... Doors are locked, lights are off and it's 11am Really? Come on y'all.

contractors have measured time. if we don't bring material, people don't work, and you with only one person in the store, don't help us at all

Excellent Customer Service and Stellar Paint Matching. Before my wife and I went in to Sherwin Williams on Shepherd location. I went to Lowes, and to Home Depot only to be disappointed with the paint matching service. I went home home from both place and the paint on the wall and trim was not matching. My wall was looking "blotchy" with shadow spots on it. I was almost about to give up when I made a last stop at Sherwin Williams and these guys hooked my up. They will not disappoint you. They know their stuff and have state-of-the-art paint matching technology. The guy Charlton Miller was extremely knowledgeable about what the characteristics of the paint we needed . I was not just about color... or flat, gloss... not it was about matte, chalky paint, ulta matte, etc. Knowing these additional characteristics, and how to see them in a coin size sample made all the difference in matching the paint. These guys saved me a lot of money. And they gave me free T-Shirts, and 50% off. WOW! My lucky day. Thank you so much for all your help.

Even during the current virus concern, this store was able to take a paint sample to match, make 2 different paints I needed, substitute compatible brushes that they had in stock, and complete the order quickly. This is in stark contrast to the closer store at 1409 Montrose, which blatantly REFUSED to do a color match. Will never return there, even though it is more convenient.

Went in for a few paint shields, 10" spray extension, and 210 finishing tip. Customer service was great and the other contractors were pleased to discuss new products
